Read on to learn more about the condition grades for refurbished printers.

Refurbished Grade A Printers

All printers are tested by our trusty technicians where they look for cosmetic damaged and printing quality. To be classified as a Grade A, a printer must pass the printing quality with no smudges or faded lines whilst printing. Grade A printers may have some cosmetic damaged like scratches on the outside casing. The casing may feature a light yellow tint due to aging. Hardware will have up to 50% life expectancy (Drum Roll / Fuser Role) printing with A quality. All Hardware components / Ink status will displayed on the listing. As ink / toner is a consumable this will be displayed in the technical specification of each printer. Please note you may receive a Printer with no ink.

Refurbished Grade B Printers

Grade B printers will have to pass the printing quality but may have some hardware components to replace either in the next few months or as soon as (depends on use). All Hardware components / Ink status will displayed on the listing. Grade B printers will feature more noticeable cosmetic damages then the Grade A printers. The casing may feature a noticeable yellow tint due to aging and may be missing panels without affecting performance. As ink / toner is a consumable this will be displayed in the technical specification of each printer. Please note you may receive a Printer with no ink.
