Our interior designer designed and suggested alternatives to minimise the work but achieve a first-class finish and look the client wanted. There was extensive surface-fitted air conditioning pipework in the function room. A false ceiling was erected to cover this up and achieve the contemporary design; it was then completed with stunning light features to compliment the space.
The outdated carpet was removed, and, in its place, a timber look, luxury vinyl tile was installed to enhance the area further.
Next, the kitchen was stripped to its bare bones, and the walls were cladded in hygienic, wipe-clean materials that were easy to keep clean and perfect for a busy function kitchen.
All the stainless-steel equipment was sourced and replaced, finishing the area and providing a modern fit for the kitchen.
In the function room, we added panelling to the walls and gave them a sleek grey finish to make the space feel more neutral, contemporary, and inviting for the guests. Exposed brickwork was left to highlight the building’s historic beauty.
