We had an enquiry to supply and install furniture for Motor Mall on the Isle of Man and Esplanade on the Isle of Wight, two car dealerships owned by Channel Islands based The Jacksons Group.
We were asked to fit out two brand new builds, including show rooms and offices, with used and new office furniture. This fit out consisted of staff and visitor furniture, storage units, office chairs and meeting room furniture and involved tight deadlines to meet the launch dates for both dealerships.
Less than three months later, we loaded up an arctic lorry with the following and boarded the ferry to the Isle of Man:
Over 30 bench desks, Pedestals, Storage units. Operator chairs, Meeting chairs, Canteen tables and chairs, Coffee tables, Tub chairs, Leather lounge chairs, Boardroom tables, Boardroom meeting chairs, Lockers
We then had a week to prepare the next installation. Before we knew it, we were loading another arctic lorry with the following and taking another ferry, this time to the Isle of Wight:
Over 20 bench desks, Pedestals, Storage units, Meeting chairs, Boardroom table, Boardroom chairs, Canteen tables, Tub chairs, High stools
We completed both installations for this professional, friendly and helpful customer in time for their grand openings. On their consecutive launch days, customers came walking through the doors on both the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight into professional, modern business environments.
Since the two main fit outs we have been back and forth a few times with more furniture.
