How The Return Steps Work

  2. Your item will be billed, and have the item collected from your address with a prepaid return label.
  3. You will get a tracking number provided.
  4. Receiving goods to our warehouse, and the item will get inspected.
  5. Once inspection has been completed, you will either receive a replacement chair.
