How The Return Process Works
- Call and notify our team.
- Your item will be billed, and have the item collected from your address with a prepaid return label.
- You will get a tracking number provided.
- Receiving goods to our warehouse, and the item will get inspected.
- Once inspection has been completed, you will be credited a refund to your account, and this process can take 3-7 working days.
When completing this purchase in the free flow box please enter your original order number for the chair you are returning.

Return Information
Please contact our team before purchasing this return label. As you will need to inform us with the reason for the return. You have 14 days from the date of delivery for returns. Please ensure that you attach the downloadable form to your item if you have a printer, if not a handwritten form will be fine. Fail to do so the refund will not be issued.
Reasons For Return
Any unsuitable products to return the buyer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.
Eligible For A Return
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (only if delivered by courier this applies).
